Summary
Sutherland and Lawrence General Hospital (LGH) embark on a design thinking journey to rethink the patient experience. The journey begins with a full day workshop facilitated by Sutherland Labs, our highly specialized team of researchers, designers, technologists, storytellers, and engineers who are focused on transforming consumer experiences and fostering innovation in an increasingly customer-centric world. Together we’ll observe the patient profile, become deeply immersed in the end-to-end patient journey from the patient’s perspective, and find innovative solutions to improve the patient experience throughout each touch point with the hospital.
